Imhotep is never going to be beaten by a brawler... for a start, the guy can turn himself into sand and back, he has telekinesis, some elemental control, decent magic skills and seems to be able to mentally control people

In the first film when Brendan Fraser shoved the cat in his face he turned to sand (or dust or something) formed a whirlwind and flew out the window... later he became a sand tornado to carry the chick into the desert

I thought of that as well... but the fear of cats only lasted until his body was fully reformed... so that wouldn't work anymore

So we have still X-man. I think Nate can win against Imoteop.

Probably.... though Imhotep does seem to be almost invulnerable to non-magical harm.... but, as far as I know, he's never faced a psionic opponent at the level of Nate
