Scanning Results for Ad-Aware..

What in the world am I supposed to delete, and what am I supposed to leave be? I know I can use the Item Details option but it doesn't help out that much. 😬

It depends; some programs are affected but not often. I first quarantine everything then delete it then if I have a problem then I can reinstall them.

Is quarantine an option to use for Ad-Aware or don't I have to buy that as an add-on?

After you run the scan it should give you that option before deleteing them.
