It does matter, considering Buu was erased from all existence by a spirit bomb.. he can't resist everything.

As for DC being inhabited by more powerful beings, how many of them actually fought the Anti-Monitor? The only real cosmic he fought was the Spectre, and he jobs all the time. Besides, wasn't it stated that the Spectre only lost because he was holding back or something?
