Actually Silver Surfer created a Planet far away from the Earth, and there lived in peace with Shalla-Bal for the rest of his life.

LT and Warlock never got into a confrontation because that would have meant the end of the Universe. However just the radiating power from these two sent the most powerful cosmic beings back:

The 7th Infinity Gem comes to Sersi and says:
"I seek to revive the GOD to come".
It seeks to unite itself with the other 6 Gems which are in Loki's possession:
The Grand Master comes to Loki and asks to play a game. If Loki wins, the GM will give him the 7th Infinity Gem (ego Gem). Though Loki never formed the Gauntlet with his 6 Gems, he still toyed with the GM like he was nothing:
Loki the ever so devious one wins the game that was selected, and the Grand Master gives Loki the Ego Gem (which has now possessed Sersi)
The Gem unites with its 6 Brothers:
The Infinity Being (known as Nemesis) is formed yet again, and the Gem's true powers are realized.

Now that The Universes are out of the way, Nemesis creates a Pocket World/Dimensions where Marvel and Ultraverse's beings have become one:

Thats not fair I created a superhero using the same thing and they told me my character was crap!
