I'd say Vision has a good chance of taking out a few on his own, in a ultimate dive type thing.

Hadrian is among the tippity top of the top tier. Vision dies, She-Hulk style.

I'd say Vision can beat one of those numerous Spartan androids/robots.
They weren't uber, to my eyes at least.

He'd lose easily to Hadrian though.

Not even all of the Spartan bots are military class. There was some pretty low powered versions running around in Wildcats: Nemesis. Vision would take those just as easily Hadrian would take him.
