Thanos Vs. Annihilus

We haven't seen much of Annihilus. We haven't seen to much of Thanos either. (current)

I don't know though.

Right now I want to say Annihilus because of how easily he overpowered Quasar and Nova, and the fact that he has the Quantum Bands. If I had to pick someone I would say Annihilus, but I think we will have a better answer after Annihilation wraps up.
