ive read every single authoirty there is and i own all but 3 trades: 7,8, and "human on the inside"..i even have all the stormwatch trades...all of them.. and i gotta say that Iron man doesnt have a prayer, it doesnt matter that he's lightning quick and he has a healing factor or his armor can record ppl's moves...he's done and thats all there is to it and if it werent for the fact that right now its pastt 1:00 am EST i would scan the shit outta all of them but just to name a few abilites:
youve already heard that she can make multiple copies of her self...on panel she did about 2 dozen.
she has artifically intelliegnt liquid metal as her blood, and she can morph any weapon she can concieve be it reg Sci-fi guns to big ass lazer cannons*coff* like Cyborg superman *coff*
she can also integrate with other metals to add mass and desnity...and bypass interface with any electronics be it terran or alien*coff* like Cyborg superman *coff* she can do this to a greater degree than iron man
in the issue "behemoth" there was a boy with the mutant ability to turn into a giant monster, and he was rampaging thru the city and destroying sky scrapres and eating everyone in sight so she ubered up and grew to match his size..also in thr TPB harsh realitys there was a world size casino in an alternate dimension that was taking bets on if they could destroy and the world and the Authoirty with it, and she infected the entire world with a nano-mine virus that not only disabled thier security but cuased all there cybernetic and armored soldiers to self destruct..
in a nut shell she is basically cyborg supes(except she's not physically as strong) and firestorm mixed into one...the things she creates with her nano machines are limited only by her imagination...and her imagination is boundless..in fact i wouldnt put it past her to create an IM doppelganger to take care of him

Haha, fair enough Blair. But:
A. Do we really need to belabor this, since it already brought so much woe.
B. A weakness doesn't negate the power and versatility, both of which are >>> IM.
What if a team didn't have IM? Then they're screwed....period. Because at the highest levels (duplication, microscopic nonsense, atomic slicing, freaking gargantuan constructs, etc.) she demolishes Tony, regardless of which bells and whistles he pulls out.
Hell, she could make a construct that would probably simply be too big for him to lift. Pound, pound, pound....insta-win.

So if Tony decides to use a magnetic field attack on an opponent he's never met, he could win. K, I'll bite. Angie 9/10, since I guess he'll tell his armor to magnetize the area at least once out of those.
And disrupting doesn't = destroying. A Tony-crushing construct is still just a "disrupted" Tony-crushing construct...it's really a simple win.
as long as he did a magnetic attack, her machinery would be disrupted. Which would mean any weapons she tried to create would probably be nothing more than a bunch of jumbled nanotech bots. Hell I *think* (and I cant back this up, but I think) Ironman has or can create an EMP. It would basically shut down her tech.
As for doing magnetic feats, Ive seen him do a few. But take magnetic manipulation + repulsar blasts like the one Tony Stark showed above thats hotter than the (surface of?) sun = unconsious engineer (the two scans after that show that)

The Engineer enlarges her boobs; Tony passes out from the redirection of blood flow.
Other than that, I don't know if this is such a clean win for the Engineer. I mean, Tony in Extremis armor has wickedly fast reaction time. How does the Engineer fare in this regard? Also, I imagine he's fought nano-powered beings before (I'd be very surprised if he hasn't).
