Isn't current quicksilver a time traveler now, and not a speedster? Classic quicksilver gets beaten to a bloody pulp in literally nanoseconds- current might be able to squeak out a surprise win.

edit: ultimate quicksilver has been implied to be able to hit lightspeeds- who knows how fast that guy actually is? I don't think we were talking about him though.

i've never seen a flash comic besides kingdom come and he seems pretty in a league of his own, even compared to superman. his vast speed opens him up to entire planes of reality, like the part where he pulled norman mccay from the spirit realm.
plus, flash's power comes from a different universe altogether, which makes him far more superior to a being whose power comes only from this world, making qs simply an "above average" speedster.
flash takes this one easily
