Starfire should be class 20-30 at best. but still that combined with her lmited invunerability (she can survive unaded in space), speed, energy powers, supersonic flight, and warrior prowess, she can take the two, and survive to tell the tale .
people do me a favor, when you match up two chareters imagine tham in a nutural universe where their powers fullly function, and there are no PIS or CIS . for example if Starfire was in the marvel U what strength class would she be in underthe laws of that universe, if spiderman was in the DCU what strength class would he be ? (my guess is that in the DCU Spiderman would be greatly enhanced)

That still doesn't place her in the Class 100 range. 😉
At most, I would say that Starfire is close to 50 tons (maybe), unless you have a pic of her picking up something that weigh over 100 tons.

Supergirl = Krptonian = extremely difficult to anyone under class 100 to hurt = Can hurt Supergirl
DC really doesn't work on mid tonners. Their ever stupidly strong or street level.

Four of these characters have their own books currently
the rest are members in the Team books or 52 .
Another reaso DC doens't have many mid ranger is becaus ethey aren't as obsessive over strenght ratings as marvel is.

Cyborg has some pretty high end showings, Blue Beetle was street level but obviously that wasn't enough so they gave him strength, Aquaman is not mid-range. Maybe just in comparison to Superman he is. Booster Gold is also not mid-range. Neither Steel 1 or 2. And the Hawks are said to be strong but are written as street level.
And I'd say its DC thats obsessed over strength seeing as how most of their characters have some degree of super strength and the fact that they constantly need to have their top characters perform feats to show that they are the strongest there is. BS indeed
