Asgardian Destroyer vs Godzilla

...the super high tech version, 100 tons, with instantaneous cellular healing, super thick skin, nuclear cells, hell-fire nuclear breath, etc, etc....the virtually indestructible version..don't know if I'm describing him correctly, but you know which one I'm referring about (if you know your Godzillas).

well, turn that around - say which version of Destoyer. If he's animated by the spirit of all the Asgardians? No version of Godzilla should touch that version (designed to fight the Celestials)
