Hed still loose. Flames aren't a problem anymore and sonics pack a small sting. Plus hes too fast and strong.

Considering his speed is basically spidermans and a one punch will do it. Not a chance for Joker flame thrower, sonics and all. He has just as good a shot as jimmy olsen with the same appliances (none)

Oh I get you now but thats not how the symbiot works. Its shown in POTS that Venom and the symbiot are one and not a separate entity. The writers made no sense with how they separated.
