Ability to abosorb huge amounts of energy - he might not time jump ahead becuase of Superman's heat vision. Could be a close fight.

Atom's base speed is 1/2 C, however he can amp his speed via quantum manipulation and make himself go C and maybe faster (considering his energy source is limitless).

Also, he has some pretty good durability feats.

I heard he can travel at .5 light speed. From what I've read and seen, the metal that contains him is nigh-invulnerable. Not quite at Superman or Surfer level, but it's quite up there.

Ca should win but in a comic, not a chance.
