I have often read characters being downgraded or upgraded from moment to moment but Grundy is perhaps among the most exxagerated ones. A true shame cuz he is a good character with a solid background story.

I think they explained his power flucuations by saying that everytime he dies and comes back he's different.

how lame of an excuse is that?
