Which Robin, first of all?

Wonder Woman, of course. Regardless of powers shes one of the most skilled fighters there is, and hand-to-hand isn't the sort of thing Tim excels in like Batman and Nightwing (although he is a good fighter).

WW if they go toe to toe. But if Tim uses his brains and jumps around then he wins.
