Morg at his prime is basically Waters of Life...

Without it he still stands a good fugging chance of taking Superman down by himself.
Add Terrax (the one that can actually fight other heralds at the same time) and Superman goes down, down, down, down in a burning ring of fire.

Pretty much. Add Terrax with his A-Game (ie: effortlessly levitating landmasses larger than Manhattan and planet-busting ax swings), and this becomes quite the squash.

Outside of a jobber-aura-DC-PIS--victory, I don't think Supes could take even one, unless he sun-dips.

Whether you think the heralds would win or not, Superman would take it to both of them for awhile. He recently fought three Daxamites at once and did very well.

^Agreed. Morg has some pretty good physical feats, taking SS apart the first time they met and holding his own in a brawl with Thanos, but Superman is the best top tier brawler around.

The heralds would win it due to numbers, but it won't be easy.
