He was beat in New Avengers 8 by Wolverine, Luke Cage, Spider-Man and Spider-Woman (I think that was the team...) so Wonder Woman should take him.

Hell, Captain America once one-shotted his ass. Even Iron Fist took down the entire Wrecking Crew by his lonesome.

Yes. I've never seen him without it.

It's a relatively useless weapon and WW could just grab it and whack him into submission like Speed Demon did.
