I doubt he was really enraged, Rocas. His justification for killing Sidious is considerable. Afterall, Palpatine had control over the Senate and the Courts. Had he went to trial, he likely would've gotten away, scott free.
Then, of course, it didn't help that Sidious (at that moment) was a manipulative, raging psychopath with powers on par with Yoda.
