Hiw fast is the man?

Running, he's just under Flash/Wally was, minus stepping into the speedforce/time traveling.

Flying, he's been shown around 20x lightspeed. As they don't always write distance traveled, exact speed, or the variables needed to come up with an idea of how fast he's traveling. That's just going by ones he did have.
Though he has also flown so fast he effectively boomtubed across the universe.

20x lightspeed seems appropriate for space travel , but on earth i think he restricts himself to underlightspeed or exactly lightspeed
