Excuse the ignorance on my part, but in DC divinity (i.e. Spectre) is based in magic? I'd never really thought of it as magical per-se or cosmic either....just divine.

Which is exactly why this thread is pointless. We could sit here all day and just throw out powerful magic based characters. If a thread such as this is to be created it needs to have a tier limit. Either way DC's abstracts are magic based characters and thus they win.
