Superman wins this the Majority of the time. Superman has so many advantages over Marvel its not even funny. Marvel may have Magic, but Superman is only vulnerable against it, it doesnt have the same effect as Kryptonite, which is contradictory to popular belief. Even is he is damaged by magic, Superman will just heal it off. Thats why Supeman wins.

Who is faster? Arguable. Captain Marvel has no 'topping out' Speedfeats to place him with. It is VERY obvious from the comics that the two are equals (or close enough to it) in strength. Likewise, they are about equal in durability...except for the fact that every punch of Marvel's is backed by one of Superman's armor's chinks; magic.
I realize that magic is hardly an autowin, so no need lecturing me on the point. If I thought a little bit of magic was all it would take, I'd give Marvel ten outta ten.
Rather, I figure Billy'll take this for a slight majority.
