Plus Kyle is faster, as Superman himself states in Circle of Fire, he is the JLAs fastest flyer.

4. Versatility. GL can do anything with his ring. Iron Man can do damn near anything with his armor(s), throw in the fact that Tony can control millions of other things in the world that can be weaponized against GL at the same time and Tony takes this department too.

5. Iron Man is top-tier. Might not be acceptable by some but very true.
