So the question is who is the wiser? Also, how come Qui Gon isn't on the Jedi Council?

He has different ways of thinking, beliving in the living force, and always thinking in the moment instead of being mindful of the future!

Actually it was more his defiance that prevented him from getting a seat on the council.

And that might have been because of his way to think.... 😛

Ki-Adi imo. He practices Makashi, Soresu, and Ataru, and has excellent feats.

Due to mundi being older he is wiser. Mundi being a makashi specialist vs an Ataru specialist hard to say but in sabers I'd say mundi. Jins complete faith in the living force is his downfall while he seeks to be but s vessel other Jedi including yoda seek to not tame it but be more than just a vessel be a fighter for the light instead of a vessel. Now jinn having more screen time and more to him is definitely the Better Jedi in terms of popularity.
