Dark Phoenix vs Galactus

A question I'm very intersted in someone answering is: When is Galactus NOT hungry? When he's not seen? I just think it's a ridiculous notion to always harp on a fed or full powered Galactus when there is virtually no such thing. Whenever Galactus is having a tiff with someone, he's always hungry--that's when he shows up. I think it's perfectly acceptable form that Galactus be weakened from hunger, because he always is.

And it's pretty obvious that all DP has to do is let Galactus wear himself down. He admits that he can't keep up with the output of Phoenix' power. It's simply a matter of time. And DP can always warp somewhere where there's a nice tasty sun for a snack. Or transport G to a dimension where there would be no nourishment for him.

GS has been insulting me for the longest through out many different threads, you must be knew to this madness.

If you want to formulate an opinion on this matter you should research it more and you will find that I'm only throwing stones BACK at him.

I've taken down ALL the hype he manifested in this forum about the Phoenix, and that's his pain, so again whatever.

And it's not an agenda or a vendetta, but in every thread that involves a Phoenix vs thread, GS demeans the FEATS of the other opponent, tap dancing around the FACT with speculation and straight up fantastical theories, all in an effort to say that only Phoenix can hold a Universe and "break down it's component parts, and blah blah blah, ... it's UNHEARD of in Marvel"

Give a break, "unheard of in Marvel?" ... when you got characters that Create Universes from scrath, "component parts and all" ... remake Universes and erase them with a thought.

And Jean On Panel was told "this ISN'T as easy as it looks" whatever it was she did (opinions differ) on top of this, she needed to do it at the ATOMIC level.

Sounds impressing but NOT as impressing as those who can restructure Universes in an instant with a thought, or heck go ahead and just CREATE Universes,

as Entropy did
as Cosmic Containment Units have done
as Nemesis the Infinity Being did
as the Ultimate Nullifier does
as pre-retcon and post-retcon Beyonder did
as the Living Tribunal did
Baron has seen Genis-vell in the certain future creating Universes

these events have all taken place On Panel and in every instance Eternity or at least the 616 reality is meantioned or involved.

Some of the members have adopted an anti PF movement.
Just look at the Respect thread. GS couldn’t get one single post past his introductory, when spamming and discrediting remarks ware being posted.

I didn't post there once.

And I have nothing against Phoenix, but if I feel Phoenix should lose a battle and I have scanned evidence to back my opinion up, I'm going to post said scans with said reasons.

That's not an anti-phoenix revolution I'm pushing, that's simply my selection of the winner based on panel feats.

We have that right to say your wrong,

when claims are made that Phoenix contained the power of the N-Galaxy (what destroys) in the Mkraan Crystal during X-Men #108.

When on panel it was IMPOSSIBLE for Phoenix to have done it alone:

Yes, On Panel:

"For ALL Her awesome Power, She CAN'T DO IT ALONE"

"AND THEN SUDDENLY", The SPIRITS of the X-MEN are WITH HER, GIVING of THEMSELVES AS STORM and CORSAIR GAVE"

ALL the X-Men gave their LIFE-FORCE to help REPAIR the Lattice.

"The POWER of Her Friends Sing WITHIN Her, as she reenergizes the Lattice"

"XAVIER its CROWN and COLOSSUS its BASE"

"EACH X-MAN HAS a PLACE, EACH a purpose Greater than himself or herself"

Ofcourse you'll get a monolgue response of it being "moral support, encouragement" .. when it clearly say's "the POWER of her Friends sing WITHIN Her"

And there are other examples but this isn't the time.

But none the less, IMO. Its not like you or GS are totally wrong or totally right.
It seem as if Marvel greatly contradicts itself.
Especially when you are dealing with Cosmic issues, and cross reference X-Men to FF4‘s claim.

Am I the only one who feels or notices the same issue’s at hand?

I think it's the mix up in writing that has everyone bumping heads in an endless crossroad of contradictory continuity.

Though I also think this plagues the X-Men titles more than any other, due to their greedy over protection of the Phoenix.

Perhaps we should start posting with "according to this Writer" BEFORE we make our opinion public.

yeah they do do gs wrong and insults is stupid when your talking about a comic book battle. People need to realize that everyone have there own opinions and cursing and fussing isnt going to change a thing, it just make people lean more, more, and more to there opinion.

If i may point out something in this heated debate, the scans showing is not Jean Grey the good old Phoenix but is in fact her daughter Rachel Summers that temporarily possessed the power of the phoenix, so in my opinion the scans are not really useful

galan met previous eternity forms galactus phoenix force saves all the bad ppl phoenix force before galan after galan/eternity makes galactus that's my take
