Would you believe that I only used one brush and that was to do the feathery pattern in the back?
The rest is feather, blur, overlay, soft light, filter gallery, liquify, and gradient...

If you don't mind me asking, what's a feather?

It's a means of blending.
You select a transparent part about the render,
go to the "Select" menu
choose "Similar"
go back to the same menu and choose "Feather."
Play around with it a bit.
