Just curious who would you guys consider the top five most horrific dictators within the last one hundred years and why?

Idi Amin...ruler of Uganda for 8 years

conservative estimates pt his extermination of people at around 300,000...and some estimate as many as 5 to 600,000...after pissing off the israelis by assisting in a PLO hijacking of an aircraft which resulted in the deaths of an israeli hostage...he got his ass kicked which then kick started internal resistance movements in uganda that led to his downfall

although there was no actual dictatorial leader...the the people leading the intermahamwe in rwanda during the genocide in 1994 are up their with the worst...1,000,000 in 100 days...a level of genocide never seen before...most deaths attributed to machette killings because the men in charge thought that bullets should not be wasted on "cockroaches"

Adolf...goes without saying...11,000,000 dead from the camps and a war that claimed upwards of 60,000,000...

omar al-bashir...the president of sudan...responsible for the current genocide that the UN is doing nothing about...so far in excess of 2,000,000 been driven from their homes and 400,000 killed by the janjaweed...ever though he officially denies any knowledge of it
