Lets assume for a second that SS lets GR get in a penance stare... SS is already remorseful about the death of billions for Galactus's hunger. If SS got hit with the PS from GR... He'd probably forfeit the match. Other then that... GR's got nothing on SS.

In fact SS could transmute GR's bike into a unicycle, and his chain into a python, he wouldn't... but damn those pc powers...

Unless the penance stare gets him. SS hates his early life as herald and the lives lost because of it. But SS should win 10/10

Well, I suppose GR won't be hanging around by the time he realises he actually is in a match. SS BFRs him in a split second.
