Spider-Girl has gravity powers that were able to pin the MC2 version of the Thing to a lightpost. Laura isn't as strong as wolverine, and gravity + webs could have her in trouble very fast. Laura also doesn't have the same durability as wolverine, and spidergirl can definately dish out enough to ko her

Against agile types, Spider-girl definitely does have some major threats her dad doesn't.

From what I have seen she inferior version of spiderman. Though she posses nearly the same powers. In contest of champions 2 Human torch beats her using a fire tornado, and states Peter never would have been taken out by such a move or some such.

Oh, she used to be Arana.

And at the moment she has *no* powers, just some gear and training, making this a stomp-stomp.

when I made this thread I was reffering to 616 spider girl, the same one why was in Contest of champions 2.

Mayday Parker from the long running series. MC2 is the commonly used name of her universe.

The first time there's ever been a 616 Spider-girl is 2011.

......This cant be right....contest of champions is 616 universe and spider girl most certainly loses to human torch. So I not sure how you can tell me that she did not exsist untill 2011, when she was in contest of champions......

Maybe you're thinking of Spider-Woman? There's literally been four of those in 616, three of them heroes.
