why does Lois Kiss the GA suspecting that he is Oliver when OLiver is standing next to her?

and this might be a spoiler but I think we already established the fact that Clark is kissing Lois but: Clark is Bigger than Ollie, so did they have to make a 2nd siuit? Not as in: "Oh, Clark your a bit biger than I am so well have to make you a knew suit" but as in the producer people, whoevers in charge of the clothes, did they have to make a new one?
