Yeah, I think he may be able to manage. If nothing else, he could destroy the glider with a shield throw, engage Deadpool hand to hand, and PERHAPS KO him fast enough to engage the Goblin afterwards.

It's a stretch, but I really just want to see the next level of the Gauntlet, 😱.
As most say that Cap can win against one or the other... the bout goes to a tie... as there is one vote for (Soljer) and one against (Spunkysmurph) The other two are more talking about body armor piercing then the bout... so...
Cap manages a deft throw which flies high and true dozens of stories into the air... and clips the Green Goblins Glider. Off balance, and the glider sliced in twain, the Goblin falls. Meanwhile below Deadpool emerges, and begins his assault against the defenseless Captain. Pressing the advantage Deadpool is nearly upon the Captain when a falling body lands upon him. Momentarily fazed by the blow, the Captain thanks whichever gods are watching him, and makes a quick exit.
Hiding in the shadows for the next few hours Captain America is able to retrieve his shield and waits for his timing. Knowing that Deadpool is out there somewhere, the prey determines to become the predator. Captain America watches as Deadpool tries desperately to explain to a couple of capekillers that the collateral damage shouldn't be coming out of his paycheck, since the Goblin was the one who threw all the bombs... but rules are rules they reply, and say that they'll be docking both of the dual. The capekillers clear out Green Goblin and his glider on a stretcher and leave Deadpool to mope over losing his first 2 months of pay.
When the coast is clear, the Captain returns to finish what he had started. Now the Captain is hurt from the earlier fight, but has healed a little bit. So while he does had 10 ton strength, the BP vibranium armor and boots, and his shield... he is only at 80% health for right now, (though he isn't winded at all as he's had a chance to rest.)
How does Cap (80%), 10 tonner, vibranium suit/boots, do against 100% deadpool.

And, in that suit, its hard enough for DP to even harm him. With the ten ton strength, it just makes eventual incapacitation easier

Well anyways then, since the fight was so easy, Cap garners nothing from it and moves on. Knowing about Deadpools healing factor, Captain america in effect kills Wade, however the cap, knowing that in time, Wade will be back on his feet.
Caps at full health, strength, suit... against Dr. Octopus and 3 standard shield agents.
Is Deadpool still immortal by Thanos' hand?? If so it with the healing it throws a bit more of a pain into the mix. I dont know if Cap has the ability to mentally with hold Deadpool's idiotic taunts and slapstick....you know what I mean....with his MY SHARONA!! Rants about super hero porn, and etc...
I think DP gives him quite a bit of trouble....
