I thing she can't. Although she has many powers her brain is still normal meaning she does't and can't think like Sidney Bristow. And the base is a lot tougher to infiltrate than Glory's fortress.

She was good but the vampire's weren't packing semi auto's and machine gun's i don't think she'll make out alive.

Unless she borrow's Dr Doom's time machine and goes back and tries to work on Nick Fury and start's paying him the kind of lip service like Monica Lewinsky wishes she gave to Bill Clinton.
