They are.

Not just because they do that bastard act of touting, but if you listen to their conversations, they usually are idiots. There's one specific guy who touts around London, I've seen him at a number of gigs.

Back when NIN did their warm up gigs here, I got my ticket for face value, about £25. Had I known how shit the gig was going to be, I'd have sold it for multiple hundreds on eBay, admittedly.

Though I'd never tout loads of tickets for the purpose of money.
