Mr Immortal and Deadpool can hardly die.

Wolverine is also a bit annoying to kill.

Darwin will evolve in response to any threat. Helix will do similar.

In fact all of team two would have to work together to stop Darwin. Although he wouldn't be doing a ton of damage in return.

But they wouldn't be able to stop him either. Team 2 has numbers but team 1 can just outlast them. Wolverine's healing factor is insane as is Deadpool's. Deadpool and Mr Immortal can't die, Cap has superhuman stamina and Batman is arguably the most resourceful person around. Lets not forget Darwin's who's whole thing is that he can't lose. Doesn't mean he'll win, but he won't lose. Gotta go with team 1 to outlasst team 2.

Indeed, if nothing else, Darwin, Mr Immortal, and Deadpool can let team 2 kill them over and over again, until team 2 dies of starvation, thirst or even old age.

There could be thousands of fighters on Team 2 with Numerous Madrox and collective man. Helix can evolve during a battle Morph could turn into a powerful character like Colossus Warpath even Wolverine and so could Rouge Beast Boy could turn into a powerful virus and attack Bats & Cap.
