ummmm I think that Venom would have a time with Iron Man. I wouldn't count on Iron man being able to hit him with his disrupters that easily though. I mean after all, venom has Spidey's agility and his web is even stronger...which means it MIGHT hold Iron Man long enough for him to tear his armor apart and get to tony through his suit. Otherwise, it's gonna be hard for Venom to catch Iron man. I mean it's web swinging vs rocket controled flight.

ienom can definitely crush tony's armor eventually but ironman wins via sonics. Heat wont work, neither would electrocusion (ask electro who was put in a coma after venom attacked him) ofcourse i mean Brock. Gargan gets stomped on.
