.rar files to .mov or .mp4? Please help!

Hey!
I just dowloaded ffvii advent children and I want to get it into my iPod video. The problem is, it's a .rar file and iTunes only accepts either .mov or .mp4
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

download a thing called IM2PEG encoder.

.rar is not a video format 😐

a .rar file is a compression file, you will need a program like winRAR to un-compress it. Plus this should be moved to the computer advice thread.
