Internet messing up. Help please!

My internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox are being screwed up. I can access the Internet fine on AOL, but here is what comes up when i try and access a website on IE:

No, ive had it for ages, the problem came up today

So it was working fine yesterday but today it is not right? Have you done any updates or installed any new programs? If not then first try rebooting your computer.

If you have a firewall, check it to make sure it's not blocking IE and FF from accessing the internet.

You might have had an update go through that you didn't know about, IE what Lana said. Try doing a system restore or check your firewall settings.

Its being allowed on all my firewalls but its still messed up and System restore doesnt work.
