execlent fight. but ultimately I belive Midnighter would win because his whole powerset means his power is to overcome others powers and kill them.

Midnighter having his brained fried, sounds like a win for Cable. Cable is stronger than Midnighter, experinces, and futuristic weapons, Cable will Tk Midnighter ass to death.
