I agree, Annihilus took out Quasar pretty easily and he is one of the most powerful above. Also remember that his "seekers" are supposed to all be herald level. I wonder what the GL ring's effect might be. Cosmic and Quantum energies aren't real weaknesses for A.

Also, if we threw in some of the other characters A has working with him it just makes him stronger (Thanos, Aegis, Tenebrious)

Actaully, I am thinking about it more, and I think with prep they stand a good chance. They have two of the best (if not the best) prep guys around in Bats and RR. Ironman could also help with tech, and Cap with strategy. I say if they can find his weakness, and we aren't including beings like Aeigs, so lets just say only negative zone beings. They should be able to put up a really good fight.
