Thor and Loki wouldn't real threat. Throw them Hulk and Strange, and it's a case close. But I don't see anyone that could stop Odin... Captain Britain with Excalibur and the talismant?

Odin can cast a spell to kill any hero on earth, store their souls and recreate the bodies of those that wouldn't pose a threat. King Thor already took over Earth.

In the last 'X-Men: Die by Sword', he looked like he was just hanging around somewhere in the Omniverse.

Well he has only had two apperances I believe since his rebirth, but he has been on Earth and considers Earth his homebase
