Which comic was it where Thanos fought Odin?

I saw the scans up here in the Thanos respect thread and I must say that I liked that issue. I am looking to pick that up, as well as any other part in that series that involved Thanos in it. Can someone tell me where it came from (issue, series, arc, etc.).

That should have appeared in the Warlock And The Infinity Watch series; mid 1990's.

Warlock & the Infinity watch 25, I think. Part of a twelve part crossover, which itself was part of a larger thor story arc.
