A FPS is "run and gun" Metroid isn't at all like that. Its like 70% Exploration, 30% shooting. (Side Note: Metroid Prime is possibly my next favorite game of all time after Zelda: OoT)Anyways, I don't even know my top 10 FPS games. My all time favorites were Goldeneye and Perfect Dark for the N64, Recently I really enjoyed Doom 3 for Xbox...Ummm, I cant think of anything else. I like FPS, but they're not my favorite type of game.
Currently I'm looking forward to seeing how Red Steel does on Wii, if its good (i.e. gets above an 8-8.5 on IGN) then I'll prolly pick it up.
Metroid Prime is a FPS... It's both a FPS and FPA.
