I adore Sparrabeth! I wish they had done more with them in the films. At this point, I would probably even take a recast of Elizabeth if it meant more Sparrabeth. Except it would have to be with someone who had as much chemistry with Johnny as KK did. Maybe Kate Winslet?

I know this thread hasn't been used in a while, but I'm trying to find this old sparrabeth fic that I adored, it was hosted on sparrabeth.com which is no longer active...🙁 It was called "Apprentice to a sorcerer" and it was absolutely incredible, does anyone know where I might be able to find this???

It's been soo soooo LONG.... oh.. i used to spend soooo much time here on KMC discussing SPARRABETH.. loving J+E..

And then...I seriously thought i was going to die...the AWE premiere really kind of killed me...i was dead...i know i'll never be able to forget it...Do you, gals, remember HOW TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED we were ..how defeated we felt...?
Still can't believe it's over.. I miss you so much, i miss our lovely discussions, then we could feel JE love ...i'd sooo love to go back to those times ...really!!...
I' ve never been able to describe my feelings concerning Sparrabeth after AWE... The AWE, huh, it was like a big betrayal... :/

Although no matter how hard i tried I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FORGET SPARRABETH and as PirateDiva said, yes, i feel heartbroken and yes they'll always will live in my heart... And actually i've never accepted the ending i created my own ending where jack and liz got together when will left hah ...and oh, actually i'm convinced that even MY ending was MORE LOGICAL than the movie itself hahah..

I wish we could meet up here -all of us- just like at the times and perhaps continue our discussions or start it all over again- i'd be just as thrilled as back then ...
Oh and...i can't believe that even almost 4 years later i'm here again, remembering the lovely times, desperately trying to call you back, to cancel the stupid idea of w/e in AWE ...oh ...and now i feel like a little crazy child..i should grow up...ridiculous...it's left some mark on me as it seems 😄

I hope there are still those of you who'll remember the times i speak of...perhaps you don' t remember me (because after AWE a i could no longer bear it-the non sparrabeth ending-and i was like paralyzed stopped replying to these threads and all ...) now i feel sorry...

Hey and i read some ideas of SPARRABETH in the upcoming movies with KK replaced by some other actress.....
Well, i must say i may have been one of the greatest fans of J+E and even though i'd totally want to see sparrabeth in the movie i CAN NEVER imagine KK being replaced it just WON' T BE IT if ya get what i mean ....sparrabeth was so special because of johnny ANDkeira...and no kate winslet or any other would do it for me... however, it' s only MY opinion....

see... I'm gonna have to wait and see it in order to judge.

But the problem is.... I/We've, become too attached.
The fourth movie, is going along totally different storylines... Sure, with Jack still as the main character... and the history between Barbossa and Jack will still be there...

But we've all been there for the whole three movies. We've seen all of the love connections possible in the movie.... only one that we will truly love ofcourse 🙂
And to me.... I just want to keep Kiera and Orlando in there.... because I want to see where the entire storyline could go.

Anyways.... thats my little rant/reminisce.... gosh... 😛

I totally agree with you. It's going to be SO weird without them. Definately not the same.
