Well, Will is going to stab the heart because Jack helps him. Will is dying 🙁, so Jack makes his sacrifice in giving Will the heart so he could live. I have a suspision that Elizabeth doesn't see Will getting hurt. Just Will turning into immortal captain. So, at this point she's confused.

Will takes note of Jack's sacrifice. He knows that Jack did this for his, and Elizabeth's sakes. He knows that Jack LOVES Elizabeth.

anyways it makes sense Will blabs to Jack how he is losing her (Elizabeth) and he doesn't want to lose here then when he has her he knows she can have a better life so he lets her go to the person who also loves her and that is Jack that is like so romantic.

A GWTW ending is my theory that has no evidence whatsoever, but it is that after Will stabs the heart and becomes the captain, we will probably see Liz and Jack go their separate ways. However, like Rhett and Scarlett, we will be left with this overwhelming feeling that their paths will cross again and they will sail off in the sunset.

I dont know....a GWTW ending would still feel kind of like an un resolved issue right? with each one sailing their seprate ways i dont know how well that will sit with ppl...besides i think Gore or Jerry i forget has mentioned that Liz does stay with someone!!!

And as far as Will telling Jack how Liz feels... since Jack made a sacrific for Will maybe Will will make a sacrific for Jack and let Liz go! and grant them his Blessing! Hmmm i like that!!

Mina, I'm not so much comparing the two movies as just coming up with a name for the kind of ending I have in mind, where it's not really resolved, but it can end at a point just fine and we know without a doubt what will ultimately happen. GWTW is the most famous example I can come up with. It's what I believe will happen and I personally find all these quests to learn every little detail about the movie beforehand shameful and not in the spirit of fun. I'm already going in to it knowing too much. My mom knows absolutely nothing except she's seen the trailer and is in love with the waterfall effect. Let's leave a little to the imagination. Surprises are fun.

yes surprises are fun...lol....but i unfortunately know way to much....i can honestly say that i know whats gonna happen in about 92% of the movie....it's the ending that is still skecthy to me although i have a general idea!!! 🙁

I have tried to make it as a Willabeth ending. Really didn't work.
