Oh boy.... these two are complete opposites. And personally, I think Deadpool is slightly saner than the joker after Cable fixed his head. Crazy as Wade is, he's got nothing on Jack Napier in terms of insanity. Randomness, he tops joker easily. This is a hard fight to call. Deadpool is used to fighting cool and collected people who don't know what to make of him and his megamouth. I'm going against my first instinct and say Deadpool. I just don't think you can adequately prepare against someone like this. Now, that being said, I think Bats could beat him the next time they met. But out of the blue, never having met? Deadpool will take it because he'll be able to pull off the rare stunt of catching Batman off-guard.

The fight lasts as long as the two can fight. It doesn't matter wiether one of them is dead or knocked out, as long as he cant fight back.
WOW, ya know I think this would be one heck of a fight if they ever allowed it. Deadpool trying to outwit batman with his moves while telling dirty jokes....Joker might actually love this guy lol. Anyway, while I love Batman to death, Deadpool is probably one guy that might actually beat him.....at least the first time around. 😛
deadpool. although once batman knows what to expect any prep in future fight would give him a huge advantage. deadpool is one of the best hand to hand guys on earth, taking out guys who have whole legions of ninjas who are devoted to them for their skills. gambit once paid deadpool rather than fight him becuase he said fighting him would just be suicide. hand to hand i dont think any human alive could take deadpool.
and hed talk alot of garbage and give batman the impression hes some punk who doesnt have the skills to back up their mouth. i dont think many people alive could back up deadpools mouth. hes not afraid to take alot of damage and pain to win, he went and picked a fight with wolverine to clear his head, uppercutting shadowcat i think it was to make sure wolverine was fighting for real "shoryuken!". even when he was melting into a puddle of goo he managed to defeat sabertooth by literally shoving his fist down sabertooths throat and cutting his arm of, drowning sabertooth in his quickly liquifying apendage.
hes almost impossible to prepair for, and nearly unequaled in pure hand to hand and bladed fighting skills and near perfect aim. plus i cant think of anything batman could to that would kill him. im sure there are things batman could physically do to kill deadpool, but probably not with deadpool fighting back.

round 2+ batman 8/10
