Distance is the key, but if Cyclops does his normal short diameter blast than his giant multi-directional blast than he is in trouble. If others can dodge Cyclops blasts than Puck would have little trouble. Would his blasts hurt his metahuman durability? Could

Hmm not sure, last time they explained he only used one fraction of his powers, not sure what it would do iff he cuts lose.

It's nothing like that.

It's been theorized (in comics - not fan speculation) that Cyclops' powers work based off of some sort of particle analogous to a graviton. Not a photon.
