are they screencaps off the MAKING OF STAR WARS/JEDI vhs??

I don’t know where these ones are from to tell you the truth - I’ve got all of the old making of docs, and they aren’t from any of those (Making of Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back: SFX, Making of Return of the Jedi and From Star Wars to Jedi: The Making of a Saga)...
They were just in a random folder on a DVD of miscellaneous Star Wars stuff I downloaded.
I’m guessing, because of the way they look, that they may be caps from a laserdisc transfer- did any of the laserdisc releases have image galleries...?

Actually, I've just checked the NFO file on the DVD - they are indeed from the 1993 Definitive Edition laserdisc set's image gallery...

Anyway - here's some more, because they are all I have access to at the moment:
