I have Pneumonia.

So I experience cough attacks, chills, painful muscle aches, head aches, stabbing pains in my chest, shakes, loss of appitite, and vomiting up green mucus, notto mention my skin colour makes me look like something out of The Return of The Living Dead.

Much worse then your little cold.
