What is your favorite directors? and what movies have they made?

Horror wise?

Sam Raimi because of the Evil Dead trilogy.

Rob Zombie did a brilliant job with HO1KC and The Devil's Rejects.

Wes Craven for giving us NOES, one of my favorite films.

John Carpenter for Halloween and The Thing.

all awsome directors but who is "aja" as wolfie said what movies did he make?

I'm assuming he means Alexandre Aja,the french director who did The Hills Have Eyes and Haute Tension.

Barker and Hooper directed one REALLY good movie each. Not that they haven't done anything alright since then, but I wouldn't consider them favorites based on one flick alone.

I forgot to mention Neil Marshall. Dog Soldiers and The Descent are awesome.

Edgar Wright, same, only directed one. He's coming out with a police comedy with the stars of Shaun which looks good.

Forgot to add George Romero. A classic director, if there ever was.
