Cyclops/Spiderman vs Iron Man

the duo......Cyclops unleashes a crazy big blast...if IM survives SM pummels him

I think IM can react before Cyke takes his visor off.

can Iron Man keep his force fields on at all times?

That's where Spidey comes into play. We've seen (based off of the latest Civil war with them in it), that Spidey can react and move faster than Iron Man can react. Thus, the socking through the wall.

Spidey will keep IM busy while Cyke takes potshots at em. Knowing just how powerful his beams can be, I think it's fair to say that Cyke can do some serious damage to Tony.

Iron Man.

With Tony's speed, Cyke's not gonna be able to hit him.

Iron Man speedblitzes Cyke, which leaves Iron Man to pummel Spidey at his leisure.

(And yes, Tony's forcefields are on at all times)

I don't agree. I believe Spider-Man can impede and block any speed-blitz towards Cyclops.

OK, for the sake of argument say that Spidey takes the brunt of Tony's speedblitz to defend Cyke.

Where does that leave Spidey? Either injured, unconscious, or inside of a wall.

Tony then turns his attention to Cyke and takes him out, before finishing Spidey off.

Sorry, I just don't see Cyke and Spidey beating Iron Man.

Perhaps I chose the wrong words. "Impede" and "block" were not what I was looking for. Perhaps I should've said something more along the lines of Spider-Man can "stop" a speed-blitz from Iron Man.

I mean, we've seen that he can still react and move faster than Tony can. I see no reason as to why he can't do the same and pull some move to deflect Tony and then hold his own at least for a bit until Cyke gets some shots in.

If Spider-Man jumps in the way of Iron Man's punches, he's a dead spider. Tony's not stupid. You don't hang out with Thor and Captain America and not learn anything about fighting. He'll go for Spidey second, and Cyclops is dead.

what if as soon as the fight takes off Spidey goes for IM, and blocks his way completely via Webbing or something....then as Spidey is distracting IM Cykes lets loose a full force blast. Spidey would be dead, but so would IM. and come on Cykes isn't a retard, if he see's IM coming towards him he's not gonna stand there...

^yea but if his his force fields can be up at all times, then even a full optic blast couldnt get through it. a nuclear bomb at point blank range couldnt even penetrate Iron Mans force field.

cyclops is a glass cannon, and moving at "human" speeds.

I'm hoping that your not assuming that IM was trying to take spidey out and that one fine repulsor firing is all that he could or would do to take spidey out. And Trolt why can't IM absorb an optic blast? That is a good question can absorb PC but not OB... 😆 Thats just a xfanboys wish.
