DC/Marvel Ultimate Team Battle

Both sides (9 members each) have one week prep in their respective universes before the final battle on a neutral planet.

Team Marvel: Dr. Doom, Reed Richards, Invisible Woman, Thor, Silver Surfer, Hulk, Magneto, Juggernaut and Apocalypse

Team DC: Lex Luthor, Brainiac, Superman, Green Lantern (Kyle), Cyborg Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Shazam, and Batman

Which team wins and why?

Marvel. DC's supergenius (Luthor and Batman) are powerless, so they won't be that useful figthing, plus Doom and Richards are smarter.

NOt enough power one the DC side. Brain is the smartest of everyone but, He can't over come reed and dooms intellect plus all that power. Surfer and Thor are dangerous enough together. Adding in a non jobbing apoc who can beat up eternals, and magneto and juggs is over kill. The DC Side could win, but it would take PLOT powers or moves to do it.

DC has Flash and Superman and Cyborg Superman, they can build anything the DC Braintrust (Batman, Lex, Brainiac ) much faster than the Marvel team can
