I agree, and maybe would never forgive that guy. I don't think that most whites take this guy serious or would hold a grudge forever with him, but I am skewed to think that some blacks would (if things were in reverse).

I suspect he was primed into it, and when the word got out, his cheerleaders scattered or called him crazy...black power (cheerleaaders run in all directions).
I suspect this was a way of baiting the other side, both sides of the extreme spectrum of "power" want a race war, so they bait each other to attract the moderate or folks in the middle or would have never even cared. It brings negative aspect of "race", which ever one they hate.
